Where is my order?

After payment you get a WhatsApp confirmation with the «Track your order» link: there you can see if it's ready, if it has shipped and the BRT tracking number.

Can't find the message? Sign in to your area with the number you used to order: all your orders are there, from the website and the app, and you can reorder with one tap.
