Withdraw from the contract
Did you buy products on our website or in our app? You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving reasons. Fill in the form below and confirm: you immediately get a receipt with number, date and time, and the same reaches you on WhatsApp.
Before you start
Sealed cosmetics and hair products cannot be returned if the seal, film or tamper-proof cap has been opened after delivery, for hygiene reasons (art. 59(e) of the Italian Consumer Code). If a product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, write to us anyway: the guarantee applies, even if it is open.
What happens next
- We write to you on WhatsApp with the instructions for the return.
- Return the products within 14 days, intact and in their packaging: by post (return costs are yours) or by bringing them to the salon.
- We refund you within 14 days, with the same payment method; if you withdraw from the whole order, the standard shipping too. We may wait until we receive the products or proof that you sent them.
You can also withdraw with any clear statement: by writing to us on WhatsApp or by email to amministrazione@valerymystichair.com. All the rules are in the terms of sale.
The business details have not been filled in yet. Still to fill in: REA number. They are entered in the management app, under Settings → Tax details, copied from the company registration extract. Until they are there, this page stays out of Google and is not published.
