How it works in the salon

- 4DoneThe first instalment is paid today; the others are taken automatically every 30 days.

Questions
Is there any interest?
With 3 instalments, no. With 4, Scalapay adds a service fee once, with the first instalment. We don't earn anything from it.
How much can I spend?
With us, from 150 € up. Scalapay sets your limit based on your profile: you'll see it in its app. If you go over it, the first instalment may be higher.
When are the instalments taken?
The first today, the others every 30 days, from the same card.
And if I return a product?
The refund goes through Scalapay: your instalments are reduced or cancelled. If you choose a salon voucher instead, you keep paying the instalments and use the voucher with us.
Do I need the app?
No: with the link your phone's browser is enough. The app is only needed to pay with the barcode.
